Your WhatsApp is the dashboard

Nothing to install, no computer to open. Every Premia message tells you what to reply, and these words do the work.

ACEPTAR
You accept the order. With ACEPTAR 20 your customer knows it will be ready in 20 minutes.
LISTO
We tell your customer the order is ready.
ENTREGADO
You close the order, and if your customer is a member, their points arrive.
RECHAZAR
You decline the order and we tell your customer. Nothing is charged.
CERRADO · ABIERTO
Pause your orders when you close and open them again.
VISITA + their number
Give a stamp to a customer who came in, even without an order.

    Tell us what you sell and send photos of your menu or price list.

  2. We build your page

    On premia.vip, with your logo, photos and prices. You get a link for your Instagram and a QR for your counter.

  3. You try an order

    We place a test order together and you answer it from WhatsApp.

  4. You open

    You appear in Rivas's «Negocios con Premia» page and start taking orders.

Run tours, give massages or do nails?

For tours, massage, nail salons and other services, Club gives you your page with your list of services and prices, plus the stamp card: your customers earn a stamp per visit and, when they show you their reward in the app, you hand it over by sending CANJE and the code. Club does not take appointments or bookings yet.

Includes

  • Your page on premia.vip with your digital menu: photos, prices and a link for your Instagram.
  • Orders by link, by QR or by WhatsApp, on Premia’s shared number.
  • Each order reaches you on WhatsApp and you answer it with one word: ACEPTAR, LISTO, ENTREGADO or RECHAZAR. CERRADO pauses your orders and ABIERTO opens them again.
  • Pickup, or delivery through a delivery company that agreed to carry your orders: you do not need riders.
  • Your customers earn points on every order, on Premia’s number and in the app.
  • Stamp card: every visit adds a stamp, one per day, and a full card earns your customer the reward you choose. The visit is recorded when your customer scans your QR with the Premia app, or when you send VISITA and their number on WhatsApp.
  • You are listed in «Businesses with Premia» for your town.

Club has no Premia panel, no marketing campaigns, no WhatsApp number of your own, no Reservations, no Premia Live and no points from a receipt photo. When you need them, you move to Carta digital, Básico or Todo incluido on the same account.

Questions

Do I need a computer or an app?

No. Everything happens in your WhatsApp: orders arrive there and you answer them there.

Do my customers have to download anything?

No. They can order on your page or by WhatsApp. With the Premia app they can also scan your QR to collect stamps and see their points.

Who delivers?

You do not need couriers. Customers pick up at your place, or a delivery company that agreed to carry your orders takes them to the door.

How do customers pay me?

They pay you, as always, at pickup or on delivery. Premia does not collect your sales or take a cut.

How do I change my prices?

Write «actualizar menú», your PIN, and send a photo of your menu. We show you what changes and you publish with SÍ.

What if my business grows?

Move up to Carta digital, Básico or Todo incluido without changing accounts: your customers and their points stay with you.
