Your privacy
No spam. You decide.
We only message you when you did something — we confirm your receipt, alert you when a reward is available, or remember your birthday. Nothing else.
No password
Your WhatsApp number IS your account. Period.
No data sales
Premia never sells your data to third parties.

If you don't want more messages, send STOP and that's it. Your history stays — you choose if you come back.

If you want us to forget everything, we do it in under 24 hours. GDPR + applicable LATAM laws.
Guest questions
Before your first ticket.
Do I have to install an app?
No. You use WhatsApp, which you already have. The first time takes 30 seconds. There's an optional native app for those who want it, but it's not required.
Do my points expire?
Depends on the restaurant. Most set a 12-month expiry from your last visit — as long as you keep coming once a year, you don't lose anything. You'll see it clearly in your portal.
If I lose my phone, do I lose my points?
No. Your points are tied to your WhatsApp number. When you recover the number (with your carrier), your account is intact. If you changed numbers, message us and we migrate it.
Can they send messages I didn't ask for?
We only message you for something concrete: we confirm your ticket, alert a reward, remember a birthday. If you want zero messages, send STOP and it stops — your balance stays for if you come back.
Which restaurants work with it?
Current list: Sushiroll and Pollo Estrella in Managua. Coming up: Casa Mole (CDMX) and Achiote (León). Points do NOT transfer between restaurants unless they share an owner in group mode.
How do I see my balance?
Three ways: (1) message the restaurant on WhatsApp and say 'balance', (2) at premia.vip/me with your number, (3) on the member card you save on your phone.
What if the restaurant closes?
We notify you over WhatsApp ahead of time and you can redeem whatever you have pending before closing. Nothing gets lost out of nowhere.
