Delete your account
Your Premia account is yours. This page explains how to delete it and what happens to your data when you do.
How to delete your account from the app
The fastest path — takes less than a minute:
- Open the Premia app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
- Confirm the decision in the dialog that appears
Deletion is immediate: in under 5 seconds your personal information is anonymized and all your sessions are closed on every device.
How to request deletion if you can’t use the app
If you lost access to the phone associated with your account, you can’t install the app, or you prefer to do it by email:
- Write to privacy@premia.vip with the subject “Delete my account”
- Include the phone number you registered with (+country and area code)
- We respond within 48 business hours and complete the deletion within 7 days afterward
To prevent fraud (someone deleting another person’s account) we may ask you to confirm the request from the registered number — a short-code SMS, nothing more.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email, date of birth, photo, and preferences are anonymized immediately
- All your sessions (web and app) are invalidated instantly on every device
- Your push notification token is invalidated — you stop receiving messages
- Your opt-in for communications is turned off — you stop receiving SMS, WhatsApp, and email from the program
- Your social photos pending review are discarded
What stays in the system (and why)
For legal and accounting requirements, some records remain in our database associated with an anonymized identifier (not with you as a person):
- Your visits and validated receipts — the restaurant needs them for its tax filings and sales reports.
- The points you redeemed — they are taxable considerations the restaurant reports to tax authorities.
- The record of the deletion itself — so we can prove we honored your request if asked.
This data is unlinked from your identity and cannot be re-associated with you without your express consent.
What if I change my mind?
You can create a new account with the same phone number whenever you want. It will start empty, without your previous points — those were closed with the old account.
