  • Do my customers need to download an app?

    No. They use WhatsApp, which they already have. Their phone number is their identity — first time they enroll in 30 seconds, after that they just send the receipt photo.

  • Does it work with my current POS?

    Yes. Premia is POS-agnostic: we don't need to integrate with your payment system. If you want receipt readings to validate against your sales database, we have a REST API and HMAC-signed webhooks. Your provider connects it in an afternoon.

  • What happens if a customer uploads a fake or repeated receipt?

    Every receipt goes through 5 detection layers: amount out of range, hash-duplicate, impossible time of day, abnormal frequency, similarity to other recent receipts. Suspicious ones don't auto-approve — they go to your review queue and you decide in 2 clicks.

  • Who owns my customer data?

    You do. Premia is processor, not controller. You can export your full base as CSV anytime, and if a customer requests right-to-be-forgotten, we delete them in under 24 hours. GDPR and applicable LATAM data protection laws.

  • I run 2 brands under one ownership. Do points pool?

    Your call. You can have each restaurant in isolated mode (each with its own base) or group mode (points stack across all locations). Switch anytime without losing history.

  • What is the real monthly cost?

    Fixed fee per location, no surprises. OCR cost (~$0.001 per receipt) is included in the base plan up to a generous volume. We send the exact quote in the demo based on your ticket count.

  • How fast do I see results?

    First 30 days are adoption: staff learns to invite, customers form the habit. From month 2 you see the repurchase cohort grow, with numbers you can track live from the dashboard.
