No. They use WhatsApp, which they already have. Their phone number is their identity — first time they enroll in about 30 seconds, after that they just send the receipt photo to earn the service points.
Does it work with my till or booking system?
Yes. Premia is independent of your till and your calendar: we read the receipt photo, we don't plug into your payment or booking system. If you later want to validate against your sales, there's a REST API and signed webhooks — but it's not required to start.
How does stylist recognition work?
After a service, the client can send a Premia Token to the person who served her, chosen by role: stylist, colorist, manicurist or reception. It is a shipped, running feature — you load your team by role and every token is logged so you can see who your clients are recognizing.
Who owns my client data?
You do. Premia is processor, not controller. You can export your full base as CSV anytime, and if a client requests right-to-be-forgotten, we delete them in under 24 hours. GDPR and applicable LATAM data protection laws.
What is the real monthly cost?
Fixed fee per salon, no surprises. The cost to read each receipt (~$0.001) is included in the base plan up to a generous volume. We send the exact quote in the demo based on your receipts per month.
