Premia Delivery

Premia Delivery is the operations software for delivery companies: dispatch, verified riders, live tracking for the customer and per-zone fees from a single rate card. Premia does not make the deliveries, does not sell the food and does not collect the order. It is billed per delivery: 50 deliveries a month free · then C$5 per delivery.

How it works

Premia Delivery is the operations software for delivery companies: dispatch of home orders, riders verified before they receive offers, live tracking for the customer — who sees the first name, photo, vehicle and plate of whoever brings the order, and rates them from 1 to 5 — and per-zone fees from a single rate card, the same one in chat and when the order is confirmed. The delivery company sets the delivery fee and keeps it; the customer’s points are credited on delivery. Premia does not make the deliveries, does not sell the food and does not collect the order.

What it does NOT do

The limits, said before you ask. A module that promises too much falls apart in the first week.

  • It is the operations software for delivery companies. Premia does not make the deliveries, does not sell the food and does not collect the order.
  • It is not a marketplace and it does not lend you a fleet: the delivery company brings its riders, and each one is verified before receiving offers.
  • Premia does not process or hold payments: the customer pays on delivery, to the venue or the delivery company. The company sets the delivery fee and keeps it.
  • It is bought separately, as an organisation subscription. It is not a switch in your panel.

What it costs

50 deliveries a month free · then C$5 per delivery

The first 50 deliveries each month cost nothing. After that, C$5 per delivery, or 300 deliveries for US$30 a month or 1,000 for US$80. Riders pay nothing. Premia takes no commission on the order or on the delivery fee.

Questions

What does it cost?
The first 50 deliveries each month cost nothing. After that, C$5 per delivery, or 300 deliveries for US$30 a month or 1,000 for US$80. Riders pay nothing. Premia takes no commission on the order or on the delivery fee.
Who sets the delivery fee, and how does the customer pay?
The delivery company sets the delivery fee and keeps it. The customer pays on delivery, to the venue or the delivery company: cash, bank transfer, the venue’s card terminal or a room charge. It comes from a single per-zone rate card: the same number is quoted in chat and when the order is confirmed.
What does the customer see while they wait?
Live tracking of their order. Every rider is verified — ID, licence, plate and police record — before receiving offers. The customer sees their first name, photo, vehicle and plate, and rates the delivery from 1 to 5.
Can I switch it on myself from the panel?
No. Delivery is an organisation subscription, so we switch it on; your panel tells you where each module is activated. Reservations, Premia Live and table ordering are per-venue switches.
