Premia Teams
Premia Teams is your team's app: shifts, checklists with photo proof, announcements that get confirmed, an assistant that answers from your manuals, and three-minute lessons built from your menu. It works in any trade. It costs US$40 per brand per month in Latin America and US$120 in the United States, added to Núcleo.

How it works
One app for the people who work with you. They see the week's rota and ask for a swap; close the opening checklist with a photo; read an announcement and confirm it; ask the assistant what is in a dish and get the answer with the passage from your own manual cited. On top of that is the Academy: three-minute lessons Premia writes from your menu and your documents, with questions you approve before they reach anybody. And somebody's first days stop depending on the manager's memory: a seven-day path, with a buddy, that starts itself the day they join.

What it does NOT do
The limits, said before you ask. A module that promises too much falls apart in the first week.
- It is not a time clock and it is not payroll. Premia moves no money, so it does not compute paid hours or distribute tips.
- Premia writes the lessons from your menu and your documents, and none of them reaches the team until you approve their questions.
- It invents nothing: if a manual does not say something, the lesson does not ask about it.
- Shifts are a week grid, not a scheduling engine: Premia does not build the rota for you.
- Somebody's first days do not start on their own until you activate the path.

Questions
- Where do the lessons come from?
- From your own menu and the documents you uploaded: current prices, ingredients, allergens, the opening manual. Every question cites the passage it came from, and you approve it before anybody sees it.
- What happens when I change a price?
- The menu course is flagged as out of date, regenerated, and your team's review is pulled forward to the next day. What they already learned is kept: the dish changed, not the person.
- What if somebody is not working that day?
- Nothing reaches them. If the published rota says they are off, the streak freezes instead of breaking and no reminder goes out. Rest is rest.
- Does everybody need a company phone?
- No. Each person signs in with their own number on their own phone, the same way as in the WhatsApp group this replaces.
